Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING

We currently only ship within the United States where UPS and/or USPS deliver. Free Standard Shipping typically takes between 3 and 5 business days from shipment. Processing may take 24-48 hours before shipping. Expedited Shipping (for an additional fee) takes between 1 and 3 business days from shipment. We strive to process these orders within 24 hours of the time placed.

If shipping to Canada, please visit our exclusive Canadian retail partner, Hudson's Bay's website at www.thebay.com and search for VRY. Links directly to the collection can be found in the website's banner, footer and here.

RETURNS

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at info@vrybrand.com to obtain a prepaid mailing label and place the item securely in its original packaging. If you would like to exchange, please specify the iten you would like to exchange for. Exchanges are subject to availability. To return on your own, mail your return to the following address:

Please note, if you are returning on your own, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges, we do not reimburse shipping charges after the fact. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
